What TransRoulette Is, and Who Runs It
TransRoulette is a trans chat roulette that runs in the browser. You allow the camera, tell it whether you are male or female, press start and get a random one-on-one video match, with a text box and automatic translation beside the video. Skip, and the next match loads.
The site is a storefront for a larger operation. Its stylesheet and images come from luckycrush.live, the LuckyCrush domain, the device check loads from users.luckycrush.live, and the chat container on the page is coded as a LuckyCrush frame.
The consent script on transroulette.com covers seven domains, LuckyCrush and CrushRoulette among them. The terms name the manager as Tech World Entertainment B.V. in Doetinchem, the Netherlands, the same company named in the content licence contracts LuckyCrush offers its creators.
The terms sell chat time as Credits (§8.1), and the meta description of the homepage calls the people you meet creators.

Four promises carry the TransRoulette homepage. Three of them read differently in the terms and privacy policy, which the terms say every visitor accepts simply by using the site (§4.1).

From Free Trial to Paid Time on TransRoulette
The free part has no fixed length. Under §6.2 the operator sets the trial and can change it, so nobody can tell you in advance how many matches you get before the registration form appears.
After registration, chat time is bought as Credits. Prices are shown on the website rather than in the terms, they can change at any time under §8.2, and unused Credits expire 365 days after purchase. Payments run through Online Payments Group AG in Switzerland or Verotel Merchant Services B.V. in Amsterdam (§5.1), and the terms rule out refunds.

While you chat without an account, other users see no profile and no name. That part of the anonymity claim holds. The tracking happens one layer down.
Opening the homepage loads a device identification script from users.luckycrush.live, and the page code names it fpjs, short for FingerprintJS. It also preconnects to fpapi.io, a FingerprintJS domain, and loads Google Tag Manager and OneSignal push notifications. The privacy policy lists what is collected: location to city level, device details, session counts, mouse movements, scroll position and keypress events, plus email, username and password once you register.
The privacy policy describes browser fingerprinting as an identifier built from a device's combination of characteristics, such as IP address, HTTP header and browser properties, which allows a user to be distinguished from other users. On top of that, §12 of the terms says the content exchanged between users can be accessed, analysed and stored.
